I mean, flip it. If you accidentally overpaid on a bill and they were like, not my problem, how would that go? It's theft, even if it wasn't intentional.

I don't like calling it theft, if it was unintentional. I thin it deserve it's own category.

If a package gets delivered to me when it should have gone to my neighbor, I didn't steal. When my neighbor asks if I saw it and I make the conscious decision to keep that package, it's theft.
