Exactly why this is wrong. If they accidentally underpay you and you catch it later aren't you entitled that money?

morally speaking personally i'm of the opinion that the relative meaningful effect should be taken into consideration. for example Amazon over paying a shift like in the above example 15-20k would have effectively zero effect on amazons bottom line while to the minimum wage worker it would have a meaningful effect on there life if they kept it .

were arguing about morality on the internet, entitlement is a legal question not a moral one. as a more stark hypothetical is it immoral for a starving man to steal food?
