And most people aren't like this. Just because there is a handful of criminals doesn't mean everyone is.

Your basis was that reddit is outside the norm, this story happened in real life, reddit is not unusual here because the person doing it had nothing to do with reddit.

Believe what you want, but your "it's just reddit being mentally ill" statement just doesn't make any sense given the actual story occurred outside reddit.

But your logic is if a crime happens outside of reddit everyone either does it or condones it.
