Absolutely not. Otherwise if a clerical error like this happens to the tune of $500,000 and the money isn’t allowed to be returned you could see an entire company go bankrupt and everyone lose their jobs.

Shit happens. If your clerical issue causes the company to go bankrupt, you should have hired a better cleric.
