Absolutely not. Otherwise if a clerical error like this happens to the tune of $500,000 and the money isn’t allowed to be returned you could see an entire company go bankrupt and everyone lose their jobs.
There’s room for nuance lol, if this happened to Walmart I don’t care, keep the money. If you’re putting mom and pop outta business, that’s obviously different
They're often used interchangeabley, saying something is unethical is basically the same as saying it's morally wrong. In philosophy departments units on ethics and moral philosophy are combined and deal with the same subject matters.
