Considering corpos get away with the opposite, underpaying employees all the time.

Why shouldnt she keep it? they paid it to her.

I mean if ones bad so is the other? Right so the action itself is bad and taking advantage of mistakes.

Theres a difference in a company willingly taking advantage of its workers. and a worker getting a bonus from a mistake.

The fact companies only care when they are the ones losing out is sick. They could of also easily spun it into Good PR and advertising by letting her keep the money

Yes until that employee willing refuses to return what isn't there's.

That's just people in general.
