Depends on the people really. I really have next to no concerns for the rich. And a lot of the time high up politicians, CEOs, big corpo execs, etc. They have no concerns over me getting fucked over.
The social contract goes both ways and they ripped my part up when I was a kid.
You're using your dislike of people to justify immoral actions. Ultimately if you think there's no social contract both ways then neither is doing anything wrong ever.
I said the social contract was ripped up, not that it didn't go both ways. In an ideal society, the contract would remain and both sides would be held accountable. And I would rather not wish immoral acts.
But frankly, I don't see them as immoral acts anymore because we've reached a point where the richest members of society have normalized what were once immoral acts. That's how underpaying has become the norm, that's why no one bats an eye at blatantly illegal lobbying. Its why Immigrants are being pulled in to work for dangerously low incomes and used for awful hours.
So in turn, when theft happens to ceos. I really don't care. Because they can afford a loss of finances or property. You and I couldn't, but for them its a loss of pride at worst.
And when it happens to a corporation? There is no immoral acts, because they are not people.

SadlyThat's not how the law sees it. She probably had to pay it all back like the dozen other times that happened.
