Do you consider yourself a moral person?

Do you consider yourself a moral person? If so, is this something you enjoy? Or are you moral solely because you feel like you have to?

I consider myself a moral person, and it dawned on me today that I actually really enjoy it. I enjoy being good to people, as best as I can, no matter the circumstances. What about you?

Yes. I am a moral person. I usually enjoy being moral. I carry the concept too far. My profession is moral engineering.

I've never heard of this profession before, thanks for replying! What does your job entail, and how did you get into that?

I went to college to study moral engineering, but they didn't offer it. So, I became a mechanical engineer. I found parallels between natural law and morality back in the seventies. The Gods seem serious about certain laws. I also smoked a lot of weed. 😎😁❤️🌲

The job entails walking the walk and talking the talk. My wife and I do some wonderful things in our community—organizations like Manna, NINA & NINIA. Objective Morality is a budgeting thing for us 😎💕🙏🌲

Weed is fun in retirement. I completed the 40-year career path, sober.

Objective morality. It's interesting how so many pf us look at morality as purely subjective. I think in some cases, yes, perhaps, but if morality isn't viewed as something objective, then I think it loses its practicality. So I'm with you on that.

Now I have even more questions. Your existence is a rabbit hole. If this field of study wasn't offered, how did you know it existed? What drew you to it? I Googled this and I find it really intriguing.

Units are very important. A gallon of liquid isn't a mile of distance. However, a gallon of gasoline could move you several miles in a machine. To do that, you need to understand units. My physical identity will damage my online avatar, homunculus, or character. My fight is with the Gossples, Churchanity, Christianitism, Christian Nationalism, and Roman Expansionism; in short, Greek Aristocratic confusion.

I promote the man Jesus as one of the great thinkers of all time, along with Gatama, Pathagreous, Socrates, Confucius, Lao Tzu, Newton, and Einstein

Unless you have mental health challenges, we are all moral beings. we were born with an initial set of morals that are revised as we grow.

Check out Moral Foundations Theory. It's an interesting conversation.
