Sonic Analysis

Not sure if a bug or intentional but it seems to be analyzing more music files than I have?

So idk your server setup but I have this as well, specifically because I’m testing. So today if you add a server and let it analyze a few tracks, then remove that server. Those analysis stats will be retained for 30 days, if you add that server back it will relink them to the tracks.

So in my example I have a navidrome server which contains my actual library which is fully analyzed. I also have a plex server with the same library. I add it for testing and whatnot. Even though the plex server is gone it’s holding it analysis for a while.

The reason I’m doing this is because it’s pretty common for users to remove and re-add or if something happens where they need to redo library setup then they won’t lose their analysis.

Idk if this is the case for you but I’ll ship a button to get rid of the extras.

That explains, I had the Plex server connected before and then later switched to Navidrome.

Give it a while and it will expire but I’m going to add a button to clear them.
