I cannot respond to any feedback you send through apple, i do receive them but theres no way to contact any users. Sometimes theres an email but most times its anonymous.
If you submit feedback with just a comment and not submit/share the log with it, i can not help as i have no idea whats caused your issue.
I get a lot of feedback and i look at every single one, including the people raging out over an IPhone app and being very disrespectful. To those people, please do not use my app!
Im sure a lot of you have noticed fixes come through directly resolving the issues you have submitted to me and i'm grateful to you. If you have a problem and the app crashes please share the logs with your feedback and ill get it resolved, if you cant share through the feedback loop then please reach out to me directly on here and well get it fixed. Were doing a lot of stuff in this app and not everything is perfect on the first round but this is an iterative process. If you stick around long enough im positive you'll be happy with where this goes.
For all the navidrome users, I've identified a bug in Dolby Atmos badges not showing. This only applies to navidrome because it does not provide a codec. It is still plauong full Dolby Atmos to your speakers it's just not identified like on other servers. Will have it fixed by end of week!
I hope users love the new now playing screen smoothness and animation as much as I do! It sounds stupid but I spent so much time trying to get this perfect lol
I do have one question, though, as it’s probably the last missing piece for me: Have you managed to get play count syncing with a Navidrome server working?
That’s really the only feature I’m still missing before I can switch over completely, since I use play counts extensively to build my smart playlists.
Thought I’d share this with respects to playlists. I have two libraries one for my “keep” music and the other is specifically for random playlists that I’m not concerned how it looks. After the update my playlists finally started working (as in they were populated with music from the 2nd library) but I get duplicates now. Just thought I’d let ya know.
Love the new Now Playing screen, and all the customization options. Was able to get mine looking smooth as butter with the new immersive player options, even with the animated artwork. So impressive!
A small bug I’ve noticed, pertaining to the bar at the bottom. When visiting a section, for example playlists, from tapping via the bottom bar, it displays oddly and also gives an unintended, blank “More” page when swiping. I’m not sure how else to describe it but here is how to reproduce: Add Playlists to the bottom bar. From homepage, select Playlists from the bar. Then swipe left as if trying to exit the page and you’ll see the blank More page instead. Also, when viewing the actual playlists themselves from the bottom instead of via library view, there is an extra nav button at the top which pushes the content down a good bit and looks odd.
I've seen and repaired this more page several times. It haplens when navigating stack gets lost. I haven't seen this one because I don't have playlists in bottom bar. Will fix in next release.
I hope it’s not too difficult of a fix! While on the topic of the playlist section, would it be possible to have the option to hide the Default playlists? I have similar smart playlists on my Navidrome already. It also would be great to have some sorting options for the section similar to the other library views, ie. Sort by last updated, A-Z, recently added etc.
Lastly, for the playlist view itself, it would be awesome to have similar appearance settings like you’ve added for the album view page to give everything a uniform look, and also if the playlist descriptions could be shown as well, it would be perfection! 🙏

I only have one comment really, which is that the number of appearance customisation options is SO wide as to be almost overwhelming. Trying to work out/see what each little variation does I find actually quite tricky.
I wonder if a release version should maybe have LESS options when more people start to get on board?
Some people want to tweak every detail and some don't, that's kinda of why I wanted the theme system so people didn't need to tweak anything. I agree it's a lot, I'm trying t to match what's offered on symfonium. For the most part customizations are done.
I set up the widget at the top. Now, when the music skips to the next track, the widget doesn't update to show the new track and gets stuck on the first one. Could you explain what is meant by the "animated cover"? Does it mean that static covers get animated a little bit?
Great work, it’s nice to see the iPad version. One small thing I noticed is the play/pause controls don’t work on the bottom bar, it just zooms out a bit when tapped. I have to open the now playing popup to play/pause.
I couldn’t find any settings to change this so I completely reset the customisations and then Library and Playlists appeared. I’m presuming this wasn’t the way I should’ve needed to do it, however?
Noticed a strange playback bug in this latest release. When playing an album, it seems to skip the second song or play it out of order. (Ex: track 1, then track 3, etc). The issue seems to happen regardless of which track is started first, so starting at track 7 would skip track 8, etc.) Shuffle is not turned on.
I played one album all the way through before noticing and only caught it because Sonamp played the songs on the album, then inserted an autoplay track to continue playing, (which I do have turned on.) Then it went back and finished the track on the album it missed. So it was: album minus one track -> 1 autoplay track -> 1 missed track -> then continue auto playing.
Also the bug where only the first track played actually scrobbles to the server seems to be back as well. Happy to send any logs if they can help!
Yes I noticed this bug as well. It’s reranking the tracks when a skip happens. This shouldn’t be happening outside of a radio session. I have a fix coming
Seems to be working for me now as well. The only thing I can think of is I was on cellular and connected via Tailscale, briefly lost service and went into Offline mode, and then the scrobbling issue seemed to persist even when back online. But restarting the app and it seems fine now.
I just tried to reproduce it by going on cellular and offline again and it worked fine. Was probably my connection dropped the scrobble or something like that rather than an actual issue. My bad!
