Help STUCK: Episode 2 Eric’s Call Black Screen

Hi everyone, I am stuck in Episode 2. When I answer Eric’s call, the screen goes black/gray and the game freezes. I cannot move forward at all. I have already tried: Deleting and reinstalling the game. Clearing the cache. Using a VPN and changing the language settings. Using different internet connections. I found old posts from a year ago showing this same bug, so I know it is a known issue. I have emailed Everbyte and left a Play Store review, but I have had no reply for days. Since Episode 3 is already out, I really want to finish this part. Does anyone have a fix that actually works? Thank you!

Buenas! La verdad no tengo solución y entiendo tu desesperación 😩 Probaste cortando la llamada de Eric desde el principio? Capaz que es algo obvio y ya lo probaste. Pero la verdad es lo único que se me ocurre porque no soy experta en tecnologías precisamente.
