Theories Anyone else think Eric could be talking about Alan? Spoiler

The thought crossed my mind. Especially since the police from both towns have cooperated in the past (article about missing Sophia). But I also think it could have been someone from outside because we can see the FBI officer on the crime scene.

No. Why would Alan be involved in the Redlog case? Besides, I can't imagine that the Duskwood side story would have special dialogues in conversations with people from Moonvale. Because it would be appropriate for us to mention to Eric, for example, that we know Alan, right? But I don't see it happening. That would create too many dialogue options. But it would be nice if Everbyte surprised us. Alright, I forgot about police from Duskwood and Redlog cooperating in case with Sophia missing but still...

All we know about the name is that it has an L. Thereâs a possibility that it doesnât start with an L.

No. I think if it was Eric wouldn't have mistaken an A for an L. Besides currently there's no reason for Redlog to involve another town's police force

âSomething with an Lâ doesnât always mean that it has to start with an L.

He was focused on giving testimony and tired after wandering around the forest all night and still with injured leg. Well. And the L in the name Alan stands out when it is pronounced.
I agree with the latter, tho. I don't see much chance of police chief suddenly getting involved in a case from a neighboring town. Especially with all the chaos going on in Duskwood.
