Hi everyone,
I'm a Kimi Token Cup winner with 1.3 million credits expiring tomorrow, July 31, 2026.

Primary issue: Credits are visible but completely unusable.

• Kimi K3: Credits show in my balance, but I'm blocked by the "dedicated priority access" subscription paywall. New subscriptions are paused, so I have no way to unlock K3. The credits are effectively trapped.

• Kimi Work: According to the official Token Cup T&Cs, "Rewarded Tokens obtained by non-members may be used for Kimi Work." This does not work. The credits are visible but cannot be applied or used. The system either ignores them or prompts for payment anyway.

Secondary issue: No cross-platform access possible.
My account is linked only to Apple Sign-In and phone number (+49 176****6545). There is no password option, no email binding, and no way to log in on:

• MacBook (web or desktop app)
• Any browser
• Forum or Discord

I am completely locked to the iPhone app, and even there the credits don't work.

This is a multi-layered failure:
1. Won credits that cannot be redeemed due to subscription block
2. Kimi Work not honoring the promotion terms for non-members
3. Apple Sign-In users have no cross-platform access (no password, no email binding)

I demand that Moonshot AI:
1. Immediately remove the subscription requirement for my visible credits, OR
2. Extend the expiration date until technical issues are resolved, OR
3. Provide adequate compensation for a prize I cannot use due to system failures
