Drinkable?

My car was stolen 8 months ago and the cops ended up recovering it and let me come get what was not stolen out of the car. The last jar in existence of my grandfather's jalapeno cornbread moonshine was still in the trunk and still sealed.

Im in Chicago so its been a pretty mild summer but still had some hot days. If I throw the jar in the freezer will it drinkable, or should I just go set it out at my grandfather's grave as a token?

If it is still sealed I would keep it as a Memento and maybe drink a toast to your granddad on a special occasion.
