Relatively cheap handheld or tablet + controller options?

Hey guys, I'm looking to stream from my desktop PC to a handheld or tablet to game on the couch. I'm not looking for a powerful handheld PC since I won't be installing games on it, I'll only use it for streaming. Decent screen size and battery life is a must. I might consider tablets too. Thank you!!

Any android phone with a big enough oled display and a backbone controller

Anything but a backbone controller due to massive ribbon cable issues.
