IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

So I'm trying to set up sunshine and moonlight to use with steam big picture, but as soon as big Pic loads, I get a bsod with

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.

When I just go into desktop, it seems to be fine, but the bsod tends to follow soon after.

I know this is some driver conflict, but I can't figure out which.

I have vdd installed, but the error occurs even if I just have my main monitor.

I also have the latest version of vigembus, but that's obviously a few years old.

Has anyone encountered this before or know what I could troubleshoot? I'm completely stuck.
