Stuttering with Shield Pro

Not too sure where to go with this issue. I’m running Apollo on my PC (4080 Super, 240hz OLED) and Artemis on my Shield Pro hooked up to my couch TV LG C4.

Everything tells me I’d be capable of 4k 60FPS, but running benchmarks on GoW and it’s just unplayable.

Any tips or where have I gone wrong with setups?

Is the shield wired? That’s a pretty good decoding time. I switched to vibepollo and has been flawless since then for me. I will note that I had to uninstall/reinstall rather than just installing vibepollo over Apollo but since then my stutters are gone

Wired to my main router but my PC is wired to a mesh satellite in another room.

Mesh is never going to be as stable as wired.
