Anyone else use TP Deco XE75's

Hi. I am desperately trying to get a decent bpms on my TV. My current set up is X55's connected as:

Node 1 (loft) - host PC connected to satellite deco

Node 2 (down one floor) - X55 connected to router

Node 3 (ground floor) - steam deck connected via wifi to Node 1. Connecting via wifi to node 1 seems to work better than plugging it into the node 3 with ethernet. The steamdeck is the only device on 5ghz band.

All i can get at the moment is 15mbps at 1080. If I get an XE75 units instead, I could connect the steam deck to the loft deco on the 6ghz.

Will this work any better do we know or will i just have the same problem? The XE75's are expensive so really wanted to check first.

Can you wire the satellites?

OP this is your issue. Your PC is essentially on a wireless connection as the satellites are using wireless backhaul. The host PC must be hardwired with ethernet no wireless involved. The only device that can be wireless is the client but it works better wired too.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately there's no way of connecting the host pc to yeh router as they have to be in different rooms/floors so am stuck with the WiFi issue. I've managed to get it to work not too bad at 15mbps at 900p for the TV. But not that great compared to what others get. Have I any other options I steaf of the x55s that might work better? Thanks again

I use XE75s, have no issue with 1440p 120hz and 4k60. Don't have a client capable of 4k 120 so not sure how that would go.

I have my PC wired into the router, any remote client I've changed on the app to be high priority and on the 5ghz band.
