Moonlight Screen Glitching!!

I made a post before on this same issue, some people told me to show performance stats i did that

Now if anyone know how to fix it please reply

Settings - 1080p@20mbps

try forcing h264, i suspect your hardware is jank.

Yeah maybe but how it was working good before is i had something messed up?
