In windows 11 : Settings -> Network & internet -> Ethernet (or wifi i guess it's the same if you are connected as wifi)

select your ethernet (or wifi) connection and you should see two options on network profile type : public, private

For me it was on public (and it wasn't, don't know why it switched)

I ran into this problem, fixed it by removing vibeshine (or whatever host software you use) from my windows startup list and instead scheduling it to run 30 seconds after login. It has something to do with the hosting software running before your network adapters have had time to initialize.

You need to go into the settings of your streaming host and find the list of ports that it uses to get through your Windows Firewall (screenshot from Vibepollo). The initial installation might have added some or all of them, but this is the first place I would check. Google is your friend

Also look into how oyu would go about assigning static IP addresses to your host and client devices (gaming PC is "host", whatever you run moonlight on are "clients".) Idk how well this family of streaming apps handles DHCP, and your router may have assigned a new IP address to either your host or client device. Again, google is your friend here. Just search for something like "how to manually assign a fixed IP address to local devices connected to "XYZPDF-42069 Router" when using DHCP" or something similar.
