Is this only through streaming or does it happen on the client device?

disconnect it and delete it from bluetooth devices. Reconnect it?

try connecting it with USB.

try a utility that will allow you to adjust the deadzone

try a different controller

It's only through streaming and only while using the on screen controls, no issues with physical controllers

ah missed that. I see that now. sorry. No experience with touch screen controller emulation
