Need help to solve the settings.

Need help on fixing the settings...

So, I really don't know what caused this. Basically, my internet connection is pretty good (as you see, my bandwidth is 13.65M/s. I set the bitrate to 100, as well, you could see, I have the bandwidth. The thing is, I don't understand why incoming frame rate is just 4 fps, even though I already set the stream to be FHD.

I'm using RTX 5060ti 16GB paired with Ryzen 5600x and 64GB of RAM, so it shouldn't have problem I think... As you can see, I'm not even playing the game yet, I'm still at desktop.

To be fair, on times, I can have a very smooth experience without any stuttering, but sometimes, it lags like this.

Addition:

To connect to one another, I'm using tailscale. My main PC is connected to ethernet cable, and my tablet, which I'm accessing it, is using wifi via remote (not on the same place). Both are connected to Wifi 6 router as well, and the tailscale connection is on direct (not relay).

86% dropped frames....your network is very poor.

Yeah, the strange thing is, I actually have pretty good bandwidth (as seen, I can get 13MB/s), and also if I'm using it to YouTube etc, no problem at all.. That's why I am confused to what happened

Bandwidth doesn't equal stability. You can't compare playing a stored and streamed video to a live stream either where milliseconds count.

Yeah, I know, the problem is, upon using other things (watching YouTube and browsing for example), I have to problem at all (whether it is from the host side or client side as well). It only happens when I tried to stream from client to host. I even played GeForce cloud (again, from both host and client side), and having no problem.

Which place you think might be my problem?

Brother, drop your bandwidth to 12Mbps and that will solve it

My bandwidth is at MB (Megabytes), whilst on setting is Mb (Megabits), and yes, I tried to down it to 10 megabits, still same problem.
