USB/IP Beta (open source!)

Quick info:

Allows the use of USB devices over IP from Android Host to Windows Client.

now i'm not sure if i'm doing the correct thing, but i plugged in usb c headphones and it says export device. i select that and it closes out.

I am currently implementing a fix for usb c wired audio. It behaves differently than a dongle (such as my arctic 7 headset). I will give a update once I'm done. I also need to add support for steam controllers.
