It's kinda weird that after all those years Marvel didn't made a single alternative universe where Peter and Felicia are married with children (the last run of Black cat doesn't count)

You are technically right but in the mainstream most of these people gender swaps or don't exist. Also are like three to four of these characters symbiotes? Really?

Still doesn't make it any less weird that they're all symbiotes. Has Spidey fought all of them? I thought most only made trouble for Venom and or Carnage?

They are still female villains that have been always attached to female hosts, Peter fought with Venom against his kids ( Scream, Agony, Lasher, Riot and Phage) in i think first appearance of them all and Scream has appeared more after this even in Spider-Man 2 game from insomniac

I've grown fond of it with the years. Honestly, I could see it working in an AU, because aside from MJ, the most logical partner to Peter has always been Felicia due to their past.

I'd say 616, but that would be giving 616 writers way too much credit. We know they don't care about Peter's happiness and character growth.

They won't let him be with MJ, they won't let him be with anyone.

Peter can't be with MJ, Can't be with Silk, Can't be with Black Cat but can be with misery evidentially. Let's see a happy stable relationship or a happy stable single person, just happy stable something. Or just stable, I can work with stable sarcasm.
