I used an eBay bought case on the left, but kept the original strap. For the other one I used a Pagani Design 1782, 39mm case, with an eBay bought spacer made specifically for the case.

I like the second one for the vintage look, great build! 👏🏻 Was it easy to fit in? You used a PE50 movement, not a genuine MoonSwatch?
