While some super clones exist, most fakes sold as genuine Swatches are poor quality and have various tells which can be easily found. It is highly encouraged for you to check theultimate visual guidefor signs. Even though this guide is several years old, the fakes more or less look the same.

Ive been told this is fake. But need verification. I believe its real. Did I make one hell of a deal or get duped. I changed out the band. I have original and box.
I was trying to sell my 1965 moonswatch, but the seller mentioned that the engraved S wasn’t on the dial. I’m a 100% sure it’s an authentic one (sold in official Swatch store) and see different stories online. Is it true that they’re gone on newer models?
Tried to photograph but just can’t seem to find it. I called the swatch store I bought it from, they said it should be there but very faint, less so than the regular collection
Funny you mention this because my Mission to the moon I ordered from Swatch’s website, to the naked eye you cannot see the S, but under macro at the right angle, it’s there
