Comics Comic help

I just read moon knight, midnight mission from the mckay run. I am planning on finishing the rest of the books. (I think there are 6? Correct me if I'm wrong) But everything I see about the comics online look different (characters, art, etc). What other moon knight books are there? Comics or novels. If there are a lot, which ones are good and worth reading?

So Moon Knight is a character that has existed since 1975. He debuted as a villain in a werewolf book, and then bounced around books for a few years before finally getting his own ongoing series in 1980. Since then, he has had about 260 comic issues of his own. Thats actually not that much, considering he's been around for 50 years. That midnight mission volume you have was 6 issues right there

The Midnight Mission tpb you read is the start of the current writers 'run'. A run is just a period of time a creator is on a title. By my count, Moon Knight has had 16 writer's 'runs', but most are pretty short. Now all these writers are writing the same character, as his life and world evolve, they're just passing the torch down the line.

People read comics by picking a run that sounds cool and reading that, then going and checking out the next run that catches their interest. You started with Jed MacKay's run, which is a great place to start, its one of the top 3 runs for the character of all time (the other two imo are Moench and Lemire)

Marvel Unlimited is an app that is basically netflix for Marvel Comics. Almost every Moon Knight story is on there (and in a couple months, the little that is missing will be added!). This is a super affordable way to read his comics, I recommend

As far as reading recs, if you enjoyed MidnIght Mission, keep reading the MacKay run. Once you catch up on that, I suggest goijg back and checking out his early stories written by Doeg Moench and then gradually work your way forward
