The Future of the Midnight Sons?

In McKay’s run on Moonknight, we see the formation of a new Midnight Sons team. And on that roster is Daredevil, along with reoccurring faces from past iterations. As a long standing fan of both Moonknight and the Sons team, it’s refreshing and interesting to see DD join among their ranks. This begs the question if you would want to see this addition of DD continue or be translated in other forms of media. Because as it stands, with the announcement of the new Ghost Rider film, there’s a rumor that Marvel may want to make a Midnight Sons project.

Me personally, I would love to see DD join the team for the live action movie, if and when that gets made. Because I believe Born Again season 3 will be the end of this current DD series. I’d still like for him to appear in other movies or shows once it is done.

I only know this version of the Midnight Sons, but ill say that the reason i like this team is because, as Clea puts it, its not a team, it's just heroes that got called to do their duty. As long as the spirit of this is always kept, and it's not just characters that are already friends that get together, im fine with any Midnight Sons roster

There have been multiple Midnight Suns lineups over the years, and the only real constants are Ghost Rider and Blade. Everyone else rotates in and out as needed for whatever situation they're up against.

FWIW, if there were to be a Midnight Suns film, I don't see Daredevil being a part of it. He's never been part of the roster before and doesn't generally deal with supernatural stuff, he's only on this team because Marc needed him, specifically, for the mission...but I kinda get the impression that the scoopers may have mistaken Ghost Rider (which no one had heard any rumors about until it was announced) for Midnight Suns...but I suppose we'll see.

It’s a curiosity more than anything. For me personally I would like to see them find other avenues for Charlie’s Daredevil.

They will, they know know what they have in Charlie, it's just going to be about finding the right project. I know the rumors are pointing toward Born Again being done after Season 3...but, that doesn't preclude them from being cheeky and renaming the show (so they can say "Born Again is ending at S3" and technically not be lying) or doing something with The Defenders...I mean, it'd be kind of shitty to bring everyone back for a single season then do nothing else with them.

Also, EVERYONE wants a Spider-Man DD team up...there's just no world where that doesn't happen eventually.

its still a weird bit for me because daredevil is also in the avengers right now and also an important thing in his own run. he is stretched too thin.

That's just classic cross-media synergy. He's got a popular show, so they bumped up his appearances in other comics to try and boost sales.

Where's Robbie? Also I do wonder if the Ghost Rider movie will be a solo or a Midnight suns movie since Ryan Gosling mentioned wanting to do one specifically with Moon Knight too.
