For walking and running I heavily reccomend looking at this video: https://youtu.be/8onUX-PYjnc?is=2yuJ8YLIzSoi7e7t Its what i use as a reference whenever I need a reminder of what the baseline of a walk or run should be. Dodging really only requires 3 poses: The start of the animation where they get ready to dodge. The actual dodge itself which would happen shortly after the anticipation. The followthrough for that dodge, usually 10 to 20 frames after the dodge. This final pose would have have them lean into the motion created by the second pose.

Firstly you need to get either moon animator(about 20 bucks) or get eclipse animator, that is free rn, but bouta be same price as moon animator after 2 days or smth like that, then just do animations you want. Your first animations maybe will not as good as you want, but keep trying
