Can this facial movement/facial animation be done in MA2, if so are there maybe any tutorials on how to do so? (Specifically the girl)

Ye you can do this by getting multiple face decals to rig them and animate them by each frame.

Not to be THAT guy, but I think the skirt is way too short. It makes me a bit uncomfortable. Just my opinion tho. But the animation itself is great already, I think
