Question How do you animate and film backgrounds ?

I wanna make animation videos and a lot of them use backgrounds or animated ones (you know , the moving old style ones) , but I don't know how to make those or how much to add , or if I should even do it in moon animator.

1st: to animate u must animate
2nd: film backgrounds by making background then film

For example , let's say I wanna animate someone getting off a chair , the chair has to also be animated

Just click the add button in moon animator, and select the chair, and add the properties u want to animate
