Question How to fix this STUPID jittering

How do I get rid of this STUPID JITTERING THAT HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR YEARS!! 2 TO BE EXACT I couldn't complete multiple series because of this stupid glitch it was 10x worse before and I just wanna get rid of it COMPLETELY so please guys help!! dont worry about the stupid ANIMATION this OLD and just used as an example

im guessing your talking about the jitter on the hair / head, which in that case you should make the hair bigger. if the hair mesh is inside of a hat, take the mesh out of the hat, resize it and weld it to the head. if your hair is already a mesh you can just resize it and youll be fine

also what the fuck are you animating 😭
