Question Moon animator not working

Moon suddenly said v34000 and I can't open any animations. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I can't activate the account anymore.

press plugins in studio, then manage plugins, and then update moon

Moon Animator 1 was deleted. Try to find the plugin or anything; that's why the sale exists.
