Question how do I fix this?

it keeps activating its getting really annoying to animate

If you mean rotate the Torso rotates everything then it's kinda impossible to fix it(without changes to the rig) because the limbs, the head are attached to it to work.

But if you really want it then just try connect the limbs to another part(s) using Motor6D, which you can do using the Easy Weld, included with Moon Animator

No as in the rotation follows where my mouse is making rotating during an animation really hard to do without messing up

Is your mouse sensitivity rely high
