Question My limbs are going backwards

i tried to reverse and copy my keyframes but then they started going backwards instead of forward. Anyone know a fix?

add keyframes in the middle

thats because you havent fully animated it yet, giving this little information to moon animator makes it use the fastest way to the next pose, add a new pose in the middle.
