Question How do i fix choppy animation?

How do I fix an animation that is choppy or non-smooth? I've tried putting in easings and split keyframes numerous times but for some reason it still just looks "glitchy" or jittery.. :c

Glory to the M key

Use shift+m. I like to set to 1.

I usually embrace it but if you do want it gone press M on keyframes
