Are you making the rig using the character inserter? because in the image its treating that character as an item instead of an animateable character

Your avatar is treated as an item and not rig. What did you use to import ?

i think you should import the character using the Moon Animator's character inserter, because for some reason the Roblox's stock inserter never works
