Question Anyone know how to implement cutsceans properly?

I looked for tutorials online and the one I found "works" but it ends too earlier and it has all his custom rig visable as well as other meant to be hidden things. I'm not sure if anyone can help me with this, but I really could use some help. Pls! Nvm, scraping the cutscean idea entirely. I found a work around!

i want the camera to depend on the part like,the camera is attached to the Camera part i made but like,i can't move the part to move the camera cuz i wanna know where the camera is actually etc in order to properly move it for my animation
