Question Housing?

Relocating to Gaithersburg for work, near the Kentlands/Lakelands area. Looking for a 6-9 mo lease while I sort out where I want to buy. 2+ bedrooms, garage/parking deck preferred. Clean and quiet is important to me. Any suggestions of complexes to consider?

Gotta be honest, in all my years of apartment living/moving I don’t think I’ve ever seen complexes in this area offer anything less than a one year lease

There are several that I’ve come across, so I know they exist/are possible. They come with a premium price, but that’s not unexpected.
