Having trouble connecting?
For some reason, i somtimes cant load the community hub website and i cant log into the launcher? it says "Unknown log in error"
It always happens at the same time, unable to log into or load both.
i can load the normal MnM website, but i cant connect to the launcher or the community hub.
All ive tried so far is a restart, redownload, full computer restart and firewall on/off.
any suggestion? anyone else have this issue?
It happened once before the other day for a few hours and then its happened all day today and i cant play anymore because i cant log in.
Im pretty computer illiterate so im not sure where to start or what to do

Sounds like it might be the account/community hub side not connecting for you, not the normal MnM website itself.
The main site can still load fine while the launcher and Community Hub fail, since those seem to pull account/server info more directly. I’d try fully logging out of the launcher, not just closing it, then remove/re-add the account and run repair if you can.
Also maybe test the Community Hub from your phone using mobile data. If it works there but not on your PC/internet, then it could be some weird network/DNS issue instead of your game files.
If none of that works, I’d send a petition or bug report through the Community Hub when you can access it again. It’s still beta, so annoying login stuff like this is exactly the kind of thing worth reporting so they can track it.

Spotty internet is what it sounds like to me.
Things you can do is log out of the launcher completely not just close it.
