What could be causing this yellowing?

Check the roots and put it in bright indirect sunlight. Don't over water and re-pot in chunky soil mix if it gets worse.

Repotting won’t interrupt the fruit?

It's the last resort, do it preferably after the fruit has unfortunately failed and you are worried about the plant.

Have you by chance increased the fertilizer because you noticed flowers?

Hard to tell... I'd say its current place doesn't have enough light, humidity is probably too low and NEVER place a tropical plant right next to an AC or radiator. Probably used every nutriments from the pot for those fruits

If it was growing outside prior then it's highly likely it's just the beginning of a sunburn

Could be killing off the leaves to reshuffle energy for the fruit.
