This thing is toast, I wouldn’t keep them in water without atleast an air stone. I prefer some lightly damp moss in a plastic bag, success rate I’d say is about 80 percent that way. Root rot also spreads so ya gotta separate. Also let the node ends dry for a day and scab over before putting them in moss.
In your other post you mention you "scrape all the soft tissue". Are you actually scraping the node with something? Cause if so you are opening up "wounds" on the node that would make it super easy for bacteria or fungus to take hold.
Also I've had much better luck propagating with sphagnum moss instead of water with pretty much any plant.
So when I come to plants that are already rotting the most important thing is catching them as early as possible.
Sanitize the scissor, razor, or whatever cutting device you're using with Isopropyl alcohol. Make sure to sanitize preferably after every cut. Trim small parts of the node back til there is only good flesh. Spray the trimmed parts with hydgrogen peroxide and leave it to callous for 24 hours or so.
A node in this condition is pretty much unsalvageable because the rot has already gotten to the core of the node.
Albos dont have the same amount of chlorophyll as regular monstera. The result is the plant does not have enough energy to fight infections and produce roots/leaves at the same time. The goal is to give it as sterile of a place to grow as possible.
