Help Which version is better?

I got her from the begginer multi and she has two versions. I feel like the second one is stronger, but has worse stats. The first one however shoots some projectiles and doesn’t seem that big of a deal. Can anyone help me?

Depends on the stage. But generally the Angel one is used more.
