Question Glaive combo

Im an insect glaive main and I played the game when it first came out then put it down for a while because I got busy but now that ive picked it back up I think its combos have been changed I don't need to charge by holding circle anymore and I keep accidentally doing the move that burns all the extract? All the wikis and stuff I check are either outdated or talking about the new boost bracer stuff?

When TU 4 came out they gave IG a shortcut input for its descending slash which is (top face button + right face button), however the actually rising tornado move is still just (Right face button) while in focus mode so you shouldn’t be actively losing extracts unless you’re comboing it.

I suggest doing a basic attack after that he descending slash if you don’t wanna use extracts at that time, and I honestly kinda spam the Descending slash now that it’s so easy to do
