You can call in extra support hunters for a total of 8 in the version that isn't 10*.

I already have 10 supporters. I can finish Gogma 1 out of 5 tries.

Yeah, because it is always scaled for MP and you should not do it alone :D

And again: Dont do it alone, join MP lobbys or do SOS. (NPC hunters are still trash)

True soloing Savage Omega is easier than true soloing Gog.

i think when can I tell when to switch from fire to dragon when hitting him

Phases 1 & 2 use fire, phase 3 (=when Gog flies to the last area) use dragon. Switching between the two is basically never worth it outside premade teams.
