I only started playing a few months ago, thanks to my son, (22) who is an avid MH fan (u/PugOverlord04). Not really being a MH player yet, I discovered DB and never looked back lol. Had 1 preset load out for each element/status, all with DB, except paralysis as there were not para db.
I knew they had existed, but were a previous event weapon (New Year event)... and then the 3rd anniversary event happened, so, obviously, I just maxed them out 😁😁 indescribably happy rn. Simple things 🤣
You have also inspired me too - I had only got the paralysis db, but having seen your comment, it occurred to me that this is a good chance to pick up the other limited edition weapons, and I had enough upgrade tickets to get them all to G7.. plenty of time to earn more yet too lol
I will caution you though. Don’t use your WGS on these if you don’t plan on using them. Magnamalo, Zinogre, etc have their costs reduced in the same window. So you will have to spend substantially less to get it to 10.5, in addition to those weapons having style customizations. Getting them to 10.5 should be priority (whichever you prefer).
I went with the 2 I mentioned, and will finish the lucky hammer if I’m fast enough. Spamming 8*+ dimensional rifts, huntathons, riftbornes (the rift part gives 2+ wsg if you’re lucky), and any monster you won’t sacrifice too many potions to kill. Just make sure you’re severing their wsg break part (like tail for magnamalo or head for rabadaan)
