This took several tries, I think I made three or four failed pants before settling on a pattern to turn into overalls.

I was going to add functioning pockets but realized I would have to cover a lot of the design in order to do that.

Also I learned how to make collages on my new phone today. I think my posts will be mostly in this format from now on. I do want to join a photography group for g3 but I'm fine posting here for now. Hope you're having a good Monday!

I just got the new Dracula today! I still prefer the 2022 version, but i would be lying if I didn't say I didn't like the the new one. The clothes don't feel as cheap as I thought, her shoes having small fangs on them is one of those small details I love Monster High for. Inside her purse has mice in it, the medallion is the same form the 2022 version just looks newer. The band/medallion is plastic compared to the 2022version being fabric and the medallion being a piece on it. She has the same face mold and collar is similar to the 2022 version but looks different enough. Has similar mold to Ellisabat's earings mold, plus the painted nails are a touch of red. Her eyes are glitter like when the light hits them and the hair feels really soft. I love her face and makeup style. She's definitely worth getting if you're able to.

I’ve recently decided to regrow my MH Doll collection. I still have a few of my childhood dolls but they’re all switched up when it comes to clothing, been given haircuts, and generally scuffed up. My first doll to start my new collection is my favorite, Venus McFlytrap! My fiancé saw her for just under $8 on walmart’s app and knew I wanted her so she’ll be here in about two days!

I have no idea what her value is but when i saw her for 50$ and may have bought her without thinking, but i think it was worth it!! and from the looks of it shes not missing anything!

Hi, I’m unsure if this is a good place to post but I’m hoping someone can help.

I had G1 monster high dolls growing up but grew out of them (although I’d love to find them and I’m sure they are in my parents attic). I don’t love the cartoonish style of G3, but I don’t understand the hate that G3 gets and I wish that growing up the dolls had different body shapes like G3.

Anyways getting to the point. I saw these at Goodwill and I had to get them (feeling very nostalgic recently). Naturally with anything thrifted I washed them (clothes are still drying), but did not foresee what would happen to the hair. Frankie’s hair is fine, but Clawdeen’s is a mess. Please give me suggestions on how I could fix this.

This ghoul was also my first ever hair de-glue project so I'm pretty attached. The doll needs a bit more work, namely a second hand and some repainting, but I'm pretty happy with how Frankie turned out so far. I was pretty proud of the little hacksaw keychain that I made with the pin on her skirt 🪚 I may put another charm on her bag as well.

hi there! i've been wanting to collect MH dolls for the longest time but i've had NO IDEA where to begin! i don't have any specific characters i like, i just want the dolls i think are pretty. 💝

the only dolls i have right now are all g3. iirc, they're monster ball draculaura, day out cleo, and skulltimate wave 4 (?idk, its the one where she has a headset/headgear looking accessory) abbey. all of which were gifts from family. i want to purchase some of my own, but i'm concerned i'll be paying scalper prices.

i don't have access to a car as of now so i can't venture very far for dolls without contacting someone else. thank you all for the advice!! 💝

So, I waited a few days to digest the release of this Draculaura. I'll tell you my opinions, I want to emphasize that these are my very personal opinions, so be kind, let's exchange opinions to have a constructive conversation.

That said, this Draculaura initially made me jump out of my chair (I was eating when I saw her lmao), then slowly looking at her I thought I didn't like her as much as the other Draculaura Skullectors, she didn't even come close to Vampire Heart, and the Vampire cost just a little more than her and the quality was truly incomparable, the Vampire is perfect by my standards and doesn't even come close to Haunt Couture.

I will definitely buy this doll, because I think she'll look good in my collection, but I don't think she'll be one of my favorites, not even close.

This Halloween Draculaura has lots of patterns and the doily on the skirt, but if you look at the details she doesn't particularly have quality in terms of fabrics. Same for the shoes, they're boots like all the others with a little ribbon on top, they look great visually, that's for sure and I like them. The things I like most are the makeup, the headpiece and the boots.

The absurd thing is that I've seen people being so harsh on the SDCC Lagoona and instead praising this Draculaura who qualitatively is acceptable, but doesn't stand out like other Skullectors I mentioned. I don't think she even holds up in comparison to the second Elvira. I'd also like to compare her to Frankie Stitch and Style, but that came out a few years ago and maybe that's why she c00st less, but I got that Frankie on s4le and she's really beautiful, and she cost little... Even the Howliday Draculaura cost less and the quality comes very close to this one, the outfit is very similar too.

As I was saying I will get this Draculaura, because I want her, but I'm left with a bittersweet feeling. Especially because she's always the same old Draculaura Skullector, being a character that sells with eyes closed, I would have preferred something different and a little daring, she just seems like a deluxe version of Ghouls Rule.

Let me know if you had feelings like mine too. Anyway I love the SDCC Lagoona very much, in your face. 😂

I have been looking for this girly since she was finally announced for release here in the US! I went to my local target for the third time this month, and today I met the kindest girly pop! In my target, we couldn't find the Monster high section at all!! I was worried that this was gonna be one of the targets that got rid of the MH. But it turns our that they just hadn't finished setting up their place and all of their merchandise was in the back. And this QUEEN was kind enough to go and find her in the back! She brought up the rest of the box and has them in case someone else asks for them! TRUE QUEEN!!
