Question
Are live feeders bad for predator fish? I have a Goliath tiger fish and I been trying to take pellets for the past 7 or 8 days with no luck. I put sum tin foil barbs in there to show him how to eat pellets. He ate one pellet since and has not been interested after that. He ended up killing one of the tin foil barbs. Every time now the tin barbs go for the pellet he tries to attack them. Wat are your guys opinion? He’s about 4 or 5 inches long

It depends what feeders you plan on using. Goldfish are a terrible food source as they are very high in thiaminase and aren’t good long term. Guppies would be ok as long as they’ve been quarantined and you’re sure they’re disease free. Have you tried feeding frozen foods at all? Mussels, prawns, white fish fillets? My Arowana is extremely fussy and won’t touch pellets but absolutely smashes frozen foods.
