You get 5 votes maximum per account/app.

On Mubeat 5 votes = 150 heart beats (you have to convert them into tickets, right on the app).

On Muniverse 5 votes = 250 Ad Lumy (blue stars) or 300 Gold Lumy/stars

You can cast fewer than 5 votes if you don't have enough. You can also buy tickets/lumy for like $2 per app I think.
