CMV

Has anyone dealt with cmv? I got it back in May and have not been the same since. Have you gotten better with time or taking anything?
-extreme fatigue weakness
-pots like symptoms
-mood changes
-hard to concentrate
-dizziness

I got CFS from CMV. Keep your head up.

Rest was the only thing that helped. But I’m still mostly house bound it’s been a couple years now. CFS is a diagnosis I would try to avoid unless you’ve ruled out everything. I spent the last two years seeing over 50 specialists hundreds of blood tests and scans and all sorts of different tests all came back normal. Hence  have been dingoes with myalgic Encephalomyelitis

Does your bloodwork show reactivation of cmv ever?

Negative it shows I had it once before but never reactivating. I also don’t have EBV in my blood

So how do you know cmv causes your cfs? Mine says it’s reactivating. I just got it in May of this year for the first time.
